How we work
We meet and get to know a bit about each other, then we decide if we want to work together. The next step is you provide drawings of your build (we can help you with this if you don't already have them.) We then engage our professional team to price the work. Once you accept our price we draw up contracts and determine when we start the work, taking into consideration all contributing factors.
A word on insurance
We work with BEA - Building Ethics Australia - an insurance company who carry out quality checks at significant stages of the build. Once they have confirmed all works are completed to build code standards they sign off on progress claims.
In order to be eligible for BEA insurance our company went through rigourous assessment to prove we are a reputable construction company. You will always have peace of mind that an independent 3rd party is assessing and approving the work at all phases.
